Below is an ever evolving collection of recipes that I have poured my heart and soul into drafting, trialling, perfecting and shooting. These recipes are true to my style of self-taught baking, which is fuss free and uncomplicated, with a focus on interesting ingredients and flavor combinations. I hope that these recipes inspire you to get in the kitchen, where I encourage you to be creative and push the boundaries of this magical science.
You will notice that most are my recipes are in metric measurements (sorry to anyone who prefers imperial or cup measurements!) But I strongly advise bakers to use an electric scale because these are the most accurate, ideally with different unit measurements so it's easy to weigh in grams and mls. Cup measurements are not accurate.
